Alena Makheja is the founder of Learn Today Lead Tomorrow, an organization designed to empower and foster the growth of emerging, next generation leaders. She is committed to ensuring that her generation is active in leading the change we all wish to see in the world.

 

Alena is a high school student at Holton-Arms School and is a major activist, promoting social good and is committed to helping others realize their potential to do the same. She recently published the book, "The Shot That Mattered", as an ode to the sport that has given her so much, in the hopes that others can also benefit from the lessons and stories she shares.

Alena was recently recognized by NextGen Focus for her work in civic leadership because of her outstanding achievements with her organization, Learn Today Lead Tomorrow.
